We supply the tight fitting style of chair covers. The features of this style of chair cover is that they will fit almost any shape or type of chair found in hotels and function rooms (providing the chair does not have arms) and they are crease free ensuring an elegant finish to your chairs. The benefits to you are that there will be no issues on your big day as to whether your chairs covers will fit your chairs and there are no unsightly creases to spoil the overall appearance.
We truly are able to supply nationwide. We have a great relationship with a nationwide courier company who have never let us down. We have supplied all across the UK including The Shetland Islands, The Isle of Skye and the Isle of Uist, both in the Outer Hebrides. So no matter where your venue is, we can supply your chair covers for you.
Just click the tab on the left hand side of our website which says "Calculate my quote", enter your details and our system will automatically generate your quote. Below the quote will be two options, one says "email quote" and if you click this, the quote will be automatically sent to your email inbox. The other option says "email quote and reserve date" If you click this, you will be re-directed to an online booking form which once you have completed and paid your deposit, your date will then be reserved with us.
We do not offer a fitting service, it just isn't possible for us to travel the full length of the UK to fit the chair covers. However, this does help us to keep our prices as low as possible. From experience it would take about an hour, possibly a little more for 2 people to fit 100 chair covers and sashes. Most venues are happy to fit the chair covers for you, however its worth checking with them first to see if they will offer this service.
Yes, we have a sample service on our website. Just look to the left of our site where it says "Order my sample", follow the instructions and once you have paid your sample deposit we will mail the sample to you first class. The only reason we have to ask for a sample deposit is because we have found previously that a lot of the samples were not returned and it cost us a lot of money to replace them. Once the sample has been returned to us we will refund the sample deposit.
If you click on the tab which says "calculate my quote", once you have entered in your details and the quote has been generated, the quote will include the courier fees.
There is a link at the bottom of our webpage which says Terms and Conditions. We strongly advise you read the terms and conditions before you place an order with us. Also when you place an order online, you will not be able to complete the order until you have ticked a box confirming that you have read and understood the terms and conditions.
Linen can be delivered up to 2 days before your event date, ie if you event is on a Saturday, we can deliver the chair covers on either the Thursday or the Friday before. Deliveries can be made to your home address or directly to the venue, whichever is the most convenient for you. Re-collection is on the next working day after your event, so for example if the event is on a Friday or a Saturday, the chair covers will be re-collected on the Monday afterwards by our courier.
