It used to be traditional to be married by a vicar in a church. However, times are now changing and so are people’s choice of venue.

All of our chair covers and sashes come back to us via courier after the event. One thing that we always appreciate and never fail to be surprised by is the care the customer takes with our stock. Just the little things like the way the chair covers and sashes have been folded prior to them being placed in to the box for re-collection says that the client really appreciated the linen and the way that it helped to transform their function room for the big day. Our website states that we are a nationwide supplier of chair covers for hire and I would just like to talk about this for a minute. Although we do not offer a nationwide fitting service, we have, and will supply, quality chair covers and sashes to any UK destination at an affordable price. We have so far this year sent our chair covers and sashes as far afield as The Isle of White, The Isle of Skye in the Scottish Outer Hebrides and even to the Shetland Islands. We have another booking for South Uist in the Scottish Outer Hebrides coming up soon.
The feedback we have received from these customers is that they found it difficult to find a chair cover hire company that would supply to these far away destinations and they were relieved and pleased that thay had found us and used our service. One thing I think is worth mentioning is that for this type of booking we will need a little bit of notice. Although the chair covers and sashes are only used for the one weekend, they take a week to arrive at the destination and a week to come back to us afterwards, so for those clients who are looking for a last minute booking in the Scottish Highlands it may be worth contacting us at least 3 weeks before your event.

The wedding season is in full swing at the moment with July and August being our busiest months of the year, however it would seem that there are two types of client out there. The first type is the client that has already decided in advance that they will definitely hire chair covers and have booked these with us well in advance for these busy months, some bookings are infact over a year old. The other type of client we are seeing a lot of is those who are leaving it too the last minute to book their chair covers, even in these busy months.
I think the rationale of this latter type of client is that once they have paid for all the essential wedding costs, ie venue, dress, cake etc, if they have any spare funds as the big day gets nearer they will treat themselves to the added elegance of chair covers.
